Objectives
- To work in the field of career education, guidance and counseling offering service to all sections of the society, irrespective of caste, creed, race and religion in any city, state of India.
- To organize career guidance workshops, career fairs, seminars, symposiums and programs in association with other NGO's, schools, colleges, agencies & government organizations at national, regional and local levels.
- To develop, adapt or adopt ICT-based career guidance programs, and make them readily available via the websites on the internet and CD-ROM.
- To develop & conduct high quality training programs for students, parents and teachers that combine classroom-based learning with practical skills developments for their careers
Founder and Director

Mr. Ameen-e-Mudassar, 30, is an Engineering Graduate from PESIT, Bangalore & Certified Counselor from Christ University, Bangalore. He is a Career Counsellor and Director of CIGMA India & CIGMA Foundation working in the field of Career Guidance & Counselling since 2001. He has conducted over 250 career guidance programs across 30 towns, cities & metros of India reaching more than 65,000 school and college students.
He is a regular career columnist for Deccan Herald, DH-Education, Bangalore.
CIGMA Foundation was the "Knowledge Partner" for Career Counselling Sessions organized by The HINDU across 7 cities in Karnataka in May 2010 & Mr. Ameen-e-Mudassar conducted the Session on " After PUC, What Next ?" reaching out to more than 3000 students.
He is also
